We ordered a mattress through JC Penny and this is the third party company they go through for delivery. Let me just say the driver was amazing and waited for me to get home and was so patient. He was professional and understanding. The issue with this company is the woman who answers the phone,Mallory I think. Multiple times I called and told them that my husband and I would be available two out of five days of the week due to my full time work schedule as a nurse, my full time school schedule, and his schedule. Multiple times our needs as customers were placed last and she told me repeatedly she could do nothing to help us figure out the best delivery date. Then I had to miss class to try and be there and called early in the morning to see if she could see if delivery could come between those four hours and she said no. When I mentioned we paid a great sum of money for this product and my husband who is deploying in 1 week would love to enjoy the product at least a week before leaving, there was still “nothing” she could do. Over five calls trying to sort this out to benefit their drivers and us , the customers, and not one thing could be done. This is a terrible office to work with and you can see customer service is last on their minds. I went to JC Penny and told them they really need a new third party company unless they was this woman’s ubprofessionalism and terribly poor attitude to reflect how they value their customers.
