Distracted truck driver

One of your trucks almost hit the car traveling behind me and then was swerving between the lane and the median for over almost a full mile. Had the car not sped up, your driver would've crushed the small car who had been in the lane for almost a full mile before the truck decided to get into the lane. It was a turning lane to get off the interstate. This happened on July 7, 2018 at approx 1:20pm CST in Murfreesboro, Tn at the Shelbyville 231 South exit. The trucker pulled into the truck stop at that exit. My daughter was a passenger in my car and was able to snap a photo of the trucks passenger door that has identifiers on it. I would love to somehow text or email it to you.
